For me personally it is important that if a tournament is scheduled to start on time that we do not wait for the administrator and balls. I would also appreciate more scorekeepers/help/umpires during the o. 10 matches as some kids are not yet ready to do their own scoring. Also to guide them with proper sportsmanship. It is unacceptable for kids to be screaming and hitting balls into other courts when they loose points.
