All players must be registered with Squash SA and have paid their Squash SA individual registration.
Rules of entry:
1. Only registered and paid up Squash SA players and Masters players are eligible to enter.
2. The draw will be posted on the SportyHQ website and players will be informed when the draw is available.
3. Entries will be accepted once proof of payment for your team of R1400 per player is provided. Late entries will not be accepted.
Tournament Regulations:
1. Players are to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time. Players must be available to play as per the schedule. Match times will not be changed to accommodate other activities. Games must start within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. Players not ready shall forfeit the fixture.
2. Order of play will be 3, 4, 5, 2, 1.
3. On court clothing shall be in accordance with the rules laid down by Squash SA Code of Conduct.
4. Players must abide by Squash SA, SA Masters and WSF rules.
5. Tournament Referee: TBA.
6. Tournament Referee’s decision is final on all matters.
7. Prize-winners are requested to attend the prize giving function or forfeit their prize. If you are a prize winner and it is not possible to attend the prize giving for an exceptional circumstance, kindly notify Linda Shannon no later than 10am on Tuesday, 27 May 2025.
8. Players agree that photos / videos / live streaming may be taken at and during the event and agree that these may be posted on all squash social media platforms.

Tournament Scoring:
1. No marker/referees will be provided. Captains must arrange a marker and referee from each team.
2. Men's and Ladies A Sections: Best of 5, game score to 11.
3. All other sections: Best of 5, game score to 15.
4. The team that wins the most matches will win the fixture.
5. Four bonus points will be awarded to the winning team.
6. One point will be allocated for each game won.
