• Couples have to be available for all but 2 Saturdays (excluding the last week), or risk forfeiting matches. Note that the availability is calculated per couple, not per individual.
• Players will play up to 3 matches per day.
• Players will play on the court assigned for them as per the released schedule.
• If arranged through the organizers, scheduled matches may be played at an earlier time during the week which suites all four players.
• All draws will use the non-elimination format, where the winners and losers of all matches will continue playing until all positions are determined.
• Automatic walk overs will be given where the seedings differ by more than a pre-determined amount.
• Each match consists of 2 tiebreak sets, and a deciding super-tiebreak-only third set if required. Main draw finals will consist of 3 tiebreak sets.
• Each match will be provided with 2 new balls and the option of buying a third ball.
• In any dispute the committee will decide on the final outcome.
